UK based ethical lingerie brand, LuvaHuva required a complete website redesign in order to establish itself as a leading world provider of boutique lingerie and loungewear. The website required an ecommerce system that would grow with the company and allow for complete sales management and integrated online marketing facilities.
We created an elegantly designed website that positions the company inline with other top fashion designer online retailers. The site includes the ability to:
- Up-sell and cross-sell products using its built in recommendation engine based on related products,
- Product filtering
- The ability to add and redeem promotional voucher codes
- All products display multiple views and the ability to zoom
- Product pages include integration of Facebook's 'Like' button to encourge sharing amongst Facebook users
The site is built around the e-commerce version of our CMS – Artisan Shop which includes the following features:
- The ability to easily manage products
- An integrated stock management system
- Sales and dispatch system
- Reporting tools including best sellers lists and monthly sales graphs
- Customer database
- Seamless integration into Campaign Monitor for email marketing campaigns
We continue to be involved with the company on a consultancy basis - tracking website analytics, and email campaigns to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Since the launch of the new website sales have seen a sharp increase of over 20%. The initial email campaign after launch saw Luva Huva achieving a 4% conversion rate which is over twice the expected average return on email campaigns.
