As part of our work with Smart Cat Learning we analyse the performance of the website by reviewing the data gained from various sources, including Google Analytics. One of the goals of the website is to channel potential customers through to the purchase page where they can find out more about the product - and of course with the option to sign up.
We knew the majority of search engine traffic coming to the website were clicking through on the back of a search query for 'child dyslexia'. As Smart Cat Learning offers a dyslexia screener as part of it's product, it was key to engage with these users and bring them through to the purchase page.

Dyslexia Questionnaire
We implemented a '3 minute Dyslexia Questionnaire' on the homepage of the website that gives instant feedback to customers based on their responses. This immediately engages with the customer whilst confirming the value and credibility of the product. Following completion of this 15 question quiz the website then channels customers to the purchase page to find out more information about the product.
The results.
When comparing views of this 'Buy' page from the month before this feature went live to the month after, the number of potential customers viewing this page increased by of over 400%. Where most of these customers were of a 'high quality' and interested, having completed the '3 minute Dyslexia Questionnaire'.
Having such an in-depth knowledge about the customers allowed us to really focus the messages on the homepage and immediately engage with them. And the results speak for themselves.
